We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate apparel are final sale.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 10-15 business days.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Achillea, we prioritize ethical manufacturing. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel, and we work exclusively with Fair Trade certified factories.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
